This year we will create several videos explaining the results of scientific research. We work on this project with the Neuron Fund for the Support of Science. It is a modern non-profit organization, which promotes the idea of philanthropists supporting science and research in the Czech Republic.
Antibiotics are overused in our modern societies. Due to increased exposure, bacteria are developing resistance. Epidemiologist are afraid that bacteria can mutate into so called “super” bacteria. This new bacteria will be immune to traditional antibiotics. Humanity will be at risk of deadly pandemic disease. Professor Štěpánek discovered method, that uses garlic to fight bacteria. This might save our future. You will find how in the video.
